RA President’s Spokesman Victor Soghomonyan refuted the information that the rise in prices for Russian gas will be compensated by a reduced price for Russian armament. V. Soghomonyan told PanARMENIAN.Net reporter that Yerevan officials were surprised by the publication in Kommersant newspaper. “I cannot say why the authors of the article made such statements and far-reaching conclusions. Anyway, the information does not correspond to reality,” the Spokesman said.
