NETHERLANDS PRESIDING IN OSCE TO CONTRIBUTE TO CONFLICT SETTLEMENT IN CAUCASUS

In 2003 within its presidency in the OSCE the Netherlands “will undertake all possible efforts to settle the conflicts available in the Caucasus.” As reported by “Mediamax” agency, OSCE chairman-in-office, Dutch foreign minister Jaap de Hoop Scheffer stated today addressing the sitting of the OSCE permanent council in Vienna.
