MEETINGS OF ARMENIAN AND AZERI LEADERS NOT SUBSTITUTE FOR VALUABLE NEGOTIATIONS ON KARABAKH CONFLICT SETTLEMENT

The meetings of the Armenian and Azeri presidents and their personal representatives cannot substitute for a valuable negotiation process on settling the Nagorno Karabakh conflict. As reported by “Mediamax” agency, Nagorno Karabakh foreign minister Ashot Ghulian stated it. In his words, at present the Nagorno Karabakh leadership efforts are directed at renewal of trilateral talks. “International mediators also hold the same opinion and consider Nagorno Karabakh as a party of negotiations,” – NKR foreign ministry head noted.
