AZERI RECURRENT DIVERSION PREVENTED

In Aghdam stretch of the contact line between the armed forces of Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijan an Azeri diversion and intelligence group violated the NKR defense border January 8 and tried to go deep into the Karabakh territory. As the press service of the NKR defense ministry told “De Facto” agency, the NKR armed forces personnel undertook the necessary steps to neutralize the terrorist group. As a result one of the Azeri servicemen was wounded and captured. The rest of the saboteurs fled to the contiguous territory. OSCE and International Committee of the Red Cross representations accredited in Nagorno Karabakh are informed of the occurrence.
