Georgian president Eduard Shevardnadze possesses reliable information on certain forces attempting to destabilize the situation in the country. As reported by Russian media, the other day he stated it at the special extended membership sitting of the National Security Council, in which chiefs of all force ministries and departments, Anti-Corruption Council and speaker of the parliament of the country participated. In Shevardnadze’s words, “if radical steps are not taken for recovery of the situation favoring crimes, many countries may refuse partnership with Georgia.”
