We wish to turn Armenia into a leading watch producing country and intend to attract famous watch companies of Switzerland to the country. This was stated in Yerevan by Franc Muller – the founder of the Swiss watch company of the same name, which is one of the world’s biggest producers in the field. Speaking of joint programs, the businessman reported that the company was gradually expanding its production capacities: certain introduction was made, new technologies were brought in, and new accommodation was bought. In his words, not having rich natural resources like Switzerland Armenia has qualitative workforce with high intellectual potential.
