Today the representatives of foreign ministry heads of European Council member countries started the discussion of refugees and coercively displaced persons record in Armenia, Azerbaijan and Yugoslavia. Christian Ter-Stepanian, the Armenian ambassador to the European Council, representing Armenia at the forum. During the session a number of provisions are to be adopted concerning the development of tourism as a factor of development of country.
