The Armenian governmental program on struggle against corruption is ready now and will be approved early next year at the latest. Armenian prime minister Andranik Margarian stated it at the meeting with representatives of foreign embassies accredited in Armenia and international anti-corruption working group member organizations. The meeting participants – ambassadors of the US, Russia, France, Germany, the UK, Italy, the European Commission, representatives of the OSCE, the Council of Europe, the World Bank, the UN, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development – appreciated the political will of the Armenian leadership in struggling against corruption. In the course of the meeting the foreign interlocutors expressed support to the Armenian authorities in the cause of working out and realizing the program of struggle against corruption and promised to present their suggestions and observations on the final version of the anti-corruption program.
