Passing of a resolution containing a provision on the settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict is expected at the summit of foreign ministers of the OSCE countries to be held in Porto Portuguese city. As reported by “Arminfo” agency referring to the press service of the Armenian foreign ministry, the text of the given provision was discussed in Vienna at the latest meeting of the personal representatives of the Armenian and Azeri presidents on the Nagorno Karabakh settlement, deputy foreign ministers Tatul Margarian and Araz Azimov. The annual report of the OSCE Minsk group co-chairs will also be presented at the coming summit in Porto. Within the framework of the summit Armenian foreign minister is expected to meet with the “Minsk” mediators. The Armenian foreign ministry press service noted that Oskanian-Guliyev meeting was not planned in Porto, although it might be held in case of need.
