Some 30 deputies of the Azeri parliament have come out with the initiative of holding parliamentary hearings on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict. As reported by “Arminfo” agency, in the opinion of one of the initiators of the hearings, leader of “Yurddash” party Mais Safarli, the new proposals on settling the confrontation presented to the parties in the course of the negotiations in Prague “do not fit Azerbaijan’s interests.” Meanwhile, Azeri parliament speaker stated that there is no need for the hearings, as the negotiation process has not come to its final stage yet.
