General Department of Civil Aviation is negotiating with several international air companies to attract more air carriers to the Armenian market, DGCA chief said Wednesday, January 13.
Artyom Movsesyan, however, did not provide any details as to negotiating parties, stating that the talks are still underway, Tert.am reports.
“We are currently negotiating with several international air carriers that are interested in starting aviation businesses in Armenia,” Movsesyan said. “Settling all the issues will take further 1-2 months.”
According to Movsesyan, once agreement is reached, DGCA will start a promotional campaign.
