Yakis Yasar, who is deputy chairman of Justice and Development party (AKP) of Turkey, which had assumed power after the recent parliamentary elections in the country, is appointed new Turkish foreign minister. Let us note that it was Yakis Yasar, who made a statement that the Justice and Development party was for improvement of the Turkish-Armenian relations and intended to take the initiative.
