Today Russian government delegation led by Premier Mikhail Kasianov will arrive in Yerevan. He will meet with the Armenian leadership. The meeting of the governmental delegations of the two states will also take place in the RA government. This will be followed with signing of the agreement on the settlement of the Armenian State debt to Russia ($101 million). The agreement stipulates the procedure issues and it is planned that the exchange with the property acts will have been completed until the year-end. According to the agreement, Russia will have the shares of a number of the Armenian enterprises: Razdan Thermoelectric power station, «Mars» Close corporation, Yerevan Research Institute of mathematical machines, Yerevan Research Institute of automated control systems, Yerevan Research Institute of materials science. The Russian delegation includes Russian industry, science and technologies minister Ilya Klebanov, head of the general staff of the Armed forces, deputy defense minister Anatoli Kvashnin, FSS deputy director Victor Komogorov, the state secretary, the deputy foreign minister, the deputy finances, trade and economic development minister, Russian agency of control systems director general Gennady Kozlov, RAO «EES Russia» deputy chair Andrey Rapoport.
