ARMENIAN FOREIGN MINISTER MET WITH OSCE MINSK GROUP NEW FRENCH CO-CHAIR

New French representative in the OSCE Minsk group Andrew Jackoleny, who has replaced Yug Perne, is in Yerevan to familiarize with the parties’ approaches to the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement in person. He met with Armenian foreign minister Vardan Oskanian. The parties discussed the Nagorno Karabakh problem, the latest achievements in the conflict settlement, the process of developing direct dialogue between the Armenian and Azeri Presidents. Issues of the forthcoming meeting of the personal representatives of the Armenian and Azeri Presidents to be held in Vienna November 14, 2002 were also concerned.
