The issue of the participation of Armenia in the Baku-Tbilisi-Jeykhan (BTJ) oil pipeline project is not on the agenda. Georgian president Eduard Shevarnadze told journalists today. In his opinion, this issue should be settled by the Azeri party and the companies directly carrying out this project. To remind, the matter of the possible participation of Armenian companies in the infrastructures on the BTJ was touched upon in the course of the meeting of Georgian National Security Council Secretary Tedo Japaridze with Armenian National Assembly Speaker Arthur Baghdasarian in Yerevan.
