NOW THERE IS A PROPOSAL ON KARABAKH CONFLICT SETTLEMENT PROBABLY ACCEPTABLE FOR ALL SIDES

Today there is a suggestion on the Karabakh conflict settlement that might be acceptable for all the sides and that does not threaten our national interests. Armenian foreign minister Vardan Oskanian has stated that today at the seminar on issues of security in the Caucasian region. At that, the minister preferred not mentioning the details as, according to him, “that might damage the further development of the process”. At that he stated, that for the last 3-4 years, a progress in the conflict settlement was achieved. “For the security in the region, the key factor is the guarantee of succession regarding the Karabakh conflict settlement and making not much but positive progress”, noted V. Oskanian.
