PART OF SHARES OF ARMENIAN TELECOMMUNICATION NETWORK MONOPOLIST ATTACHED

Part of shares of “ArmenTel” telecommunication monopolist company of Armenia, 90% of whose stocks are held by OTE Greek company, is attached. As reported by press secretary of the Armenian ministry of justice Ara Saghatelian, shares are attached as a means of implementation of the court order. Answering our request to comment on the situation, Saghatelian answered, “I recommend to perceive the happening as a fact, which has already taken place.”
