Armenian “Ambulance” Ltd. realizes 2 million barrels of Iraqi oil within the program of resale. Chairman of the Armenian-Iraqi friendship group of the Armenian parliament Ghukas Ulikhanian reported it upon the completion of his visit to Baghdad. In his words, the oil may be sold in Europe and US. The deputy noted that the quota had already been received in July, but due to exacerbation of situation around Iraq, it remained unrealized. “Meanwhile, the recent events, in particular, proposal of a new resolution bill on Iraq gives reason to suppose that there will be no war with Iraq, and we will be able to realize our quota,” – he said. Let us remind that the so-called “compromise” American version of the resolution on Iraq was submitted for discussion of the UN Security Council October 21. In the opinion of the American party, the draft takes into account the opinions of other UN Security Council member countries. Nevertheless, there has been no agreement regarding the bill among the Security Council members up to now.
