The treaty on creation of automated system of registering juridical persons was signed between the US Agency for International Development and the Armenian ministry of justice. The ministry experts consider that such system will let create a united computer network within the State Register system, which will save time and funds for registering juridical persons and private entrepreneurs. Within the treaty framework training for the sphere workers are also planned.
