EGYPT TO SECOND ARMENIA IN ACCESSION TO WTO

Egypt will second Armenia in the question of accession to the World Trade Organization. Egyptian state minister of foreign affairs Faiza Abu al Naga stated it at the 3-rd sitting of the Armenian-Egyptian inter-governmental commission in Yerevan today. In her words, Armenia’s accession to WTO, of which Egypt is a member, will contribute to further development of the Armenian-Egyptian economic relations. As minister of trade and economic development Karen Chshmaritian noted in his turn, the negotiations on Armenia’s accession to WTO were completed and it would become the organization member within the next few months.
