The US Agency of International Development signed an agreement on rendering assistance to people suffering from the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. A $15-million aid is to be spent for public health, education needs as well as for improvement of housing conditions of the population. It should be noted that according to the NKR government data, as a result of military activities in Nagorno-Karabakh, about 3450 houses and 60 schools were damaged.
