The CIS state defense ministers will consider the CIS military cooperation development concept until 2012 at the meeting of the Council of the defense ministers in Moscow November 20. The plan of the activities of the CIS defense ministers Council for 2003 will be approved and a number of issues concerning the CIS Armed forces Central base will be discussed.
