ARMENIAN DEFENSE MINISTER AND RUSSIAN AIR FORCES COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF DISCUSSED PERSPECTIVES OF MILITARY AND TECHNICAL COOPERATION

Russian Air Forces commander-in-chief, Colonel-general Vladimir Mikhailov and Armenian defense minister Serge Sarkisian discussed the current stage and the perspectives of the military and technical cooperation. According to the Armenian defense ministry press service, the sides also spoke about the issue of joint duty within the framework of the CIS joint air defense system and issues regarding the Russian 102 military aircraft depot in Armenia. It should be noted that the Russian air forces commander-in-chief is in Armenia with a working visit 14-17 October.
