Personal representative of the OSCE chairman-in-office Anjey Kaspshik expressed dissatisfaction with keeping of the cease-fire regime on the contact line of the armed forces of Azerbaijan and Nagorno Karabakh. As reported by “Arka” agency, in his words, the parties generally keep the cease-fire regime established in 1994, but sometimes breaches take place mainly due to use of light firearms. A.Kaspshik viewed the high rank commanders’ and the parties’ higher leadership’s urge to observe the regime as a positive fact. “But if even one person is killed or wounded it is always taken painfully and makes think what additional measures should have been taken to rule out such incidents,” – A.Kaspshik noted.
