WASHINGTON PROPOSED SEVERAL STEPS TO BE TAKEN BY OSCE TO IMPROVE SITUATION WITH HUMAN RIGHTS IN SOME STATES

The US has presented a number of proposals regarding the OSCE steps that are to be taken to improve the situation with the human rights in several states. US mission chair to the OSCE Steven Minikes stated that speaking at the meeting of the OSCE standing council dedicated to the humanitarian issues. In particular, Washington suggests activating the assistance in development of laws, conducting an intensive training program for the officials of legal bodies and police, condemning outbreaks of anti-Semitic activities in Europe, considering the law on criminal responsibility for the aspersion on a man not valid.
