IN NAGORNO-KARABAKH CONFRONTATION ZONE, CEASE-FIRE REGIME VIOLATIONS DUE TO “HUMAN ELEMENT”

Separate violations of the cease-fire regime in the Karabakh confrontation zone are due to “human element”. As the OSCE acting chairman’s personal representative Anjey Kaspshik stated in his interview with “Mediamax” agency, in particular, such incidents take place because of the lack of experience of the ranks of the opposition parties.
