NAGORNO KARABAKH POPULATION OPINION TO BE CONSIDERED IN TALKS ON CONFLICT, RUSSIAN DEPUTY FOREIGN MINISTER STATED

The opinion of the Nagorno Karabakh population should be taken into account at the negotiations on the conflict settlement. First deputy minister of foreign affairs of Russia Vyacheslav Trubnikov stated it during his stay in Baku. At the same time he emphasized that, “considering the Nagorno Karabakh population opinion does not mean we recognize the independence of the region.”
