ARMENIAN APOSTOLIC CHURCH NEW LEADER APPOINTED IN GEORGIA

Archimandrite Vazgen Mirzakhanian is appointed new head of the Georgian diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church. As reported by “Arminfo” agency, yesterday the newly appointed leader of the Armenian flock of Georgia was introduced to Patriarch of all Georgia Ilia II. Let us note that Vazgen Mirzakhanian replaced the recently deceased archbishop Gevorg on that post.
