September 17 Turkish President Ahmet Necdet Sezer will arrive in Baku on a two-day visit. As reported by “Mediamax” agency, the aim of his visit is to participate in the ceremonial measure on the occasion of beginning construction of Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan oil pipeline and to hold negotiations with Azeri President Heydar Aliyev.
