QUESTION OF RECOGNITION OF NKR AS PARTY OF NEGOTIATIONS ON KARABAKH CONFLICT SETTLEMENT NEEDS DISCUSSION

The question of recognition of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic as a party enjoying full rights in the negotiations on settling the Karabakh conflict needs discussion. Member of the commission on Armenia-EU inter-parliamentary cooperation Anne Marie Begen stated it in Yerevan today. At the same time she noted that although Armenia and Azerbaijan had expressed readiness to involve the international community in the Karabakh conflict settlement process, until now the European Union had not participated in the process.
