WORLD BANK REGIONAL DIRECTOR ON SOUTH CAUCASUS COUNTRIES ARRIVING IN YEREVAN

World Bank regional director on South Caucasus countries Donna Doucet-Koyrola is arriving in Yerevan September 13. As reported by the WB Yerevan office, the WB regional director is expected to have meetings with officials of Armenia, during which “the WB position on privatization of electricity distribution networks will clear up.” As it is known, WB’s provision of SAC-4 “floating” trench credit at the rate of 20 million US dollars is tied to the process of privatization of the networks.
