The process of formation of the Karabakh army is on the right way. Armenian President Robert Kocharian stated it summing up the results of the military maneuvers held in Nagorno Karabakh. In his opinion, such large-scale exercises generalize the results of the activities of the recent years. Expressing his satisfaction with the maneuvers held, R.Kocharian noted, “the Nagorno Karabakh army is well prepared and is ready to repulse any attempt of force solution of the Karabakh problem.” “It gives me strength and confidence at negotiations on the conflict settlement,” – the Armenian leader said.
