The future status of Nagorno Karabakh “should be defined without use of force and become a result of political negotiations between the parties involved in OSCE Minsk process.” As reported by “Mediamax” agency, Russian foreign ministry assistant official representative Boris Malakhov stated it today. “Meanwhile, Moscow does not consider that the process of peaceful settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict may depend on the elections being held there,” – the Russian diplomat stated. At the same time Russian foreign department representative confirmed that Moscow supported the principle of territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, as well as other main norms and principles of the international law and it did not recognize Nagorno Karabakh as independent state,” – B.Malakhov stated while commenting on the fact of the coming presidential elections in NKR.
