The world community is ready to assist the Armenian government in poverty reduction in the state. Germany Ambassador extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Armenia Hans-Wolf Bartels stated that at the anniversary ceremony of the two-year cooperation of the German company on technical cooperation and the UNO World Food Program in Armenia. According to him, to settle that issue, all the Armenian community should be participate. As to the cooperation of the German company and the UNO Food Program, the ambassador noted that “it has been beneficial not only for private people but also for the government and the bodies of self-government that are engaged in the agriculture sphere especially taking into consideration the factor that the aid was rendered to the strategically important region of Armenia-Syunik”.
