RUSSIAN INSTITUTE OF CIS STATE-MEMBERS AWARDED WITH NAGORNO-KARABAKH MEDAL

The director of the Russian Institute of CIS state-members Konstantin Zatulin is awarded with the Nagorno-Karabakh republic medal “Mkhitar Gosh”. The Russian political scientist is awarded for his public and political work making for the peaceful and fair settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh issue.
