Talks of the Personal representatives of the presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlement are taking place in a quite tense atmosphere. As “Arminfo” agency reports, the international observers following the process of the closed meeting of Armenian and Azeri deputy foreign ministers Tatul Margarian and Araz Azimov taking place in the Shtirjin castle near Prague have arrived at this conclusion. Not only the negotiation parties but also the OSCE Minsk group co-chairs under the aegis of which the meeting is taking place avoid contacts with journalists.
