THESE DAYS ARMENIA CONSIDERED NEITHER AS A TRANSIT TERRITORY FOR TERRORIST GROUPS PASSING NOR AS TERRORIST ACT TARGET

At present Armenia is considered neither as a transit territory for passing of terrorist groups nor as a target for terrorist acts. The chief representatives of the «Interpol» Armenian bureau Vardan Badasian participating in the today seminar on struggle against terror in Yerevan has stated that in his interview with «De-facto» agency. According to Badasian, taking into consideration the current situation in the sphere of the struggle against the international terror, the law-enforcement bodies of Armenia take active part in the information exchange with other countries through diplomatic channels, get familiar with new methods of the struggle against all the demonstrations of terror. «Our main objective is to prevent the influence of the international terror in the republic», Badasian stated.
