PEACEFUL SETTLEMENT OF NAGORNO-KARABAKH CONFLICT TO BE POSITIVE IMPULSE FOR REGION, LUXEMBURG FOREIGN MINISTER THINKS

“Armenia and Azerbaijan are the Council of Europe members and the peaceful settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is an obligation to the CE”, Luxemburg foreign minister, chair of the Committee of ministers of the Council of Europe Lydie Polfer stated. According to her, the peaceful settlement of the Karabakh conflict will be a positive impulse for the whole region. This issue was discussed in Baku and Yerevan, she added. At the same time, Polfer expressed hope that the Karabakh conflict would be settled in the nearest future.
