Armenia clearly realizes the importance of the obligations undertaken when joining the Council of Europe and sequential regarding that question and makes headway. Robert Kocharian stated that at the meeting with Luxemburg foreign minister, chairman of the committee of ministers of the Council of Europe Lydie Polfer. The head of the state noted “there are problems regarding several issues but most of them have technical nature and will be settled in the course of time”. Kocharian stated with confidence that “the visit of the foreign minister of Luxemburg will become the next step on the way of complete integration of Armenia in the European family”. In the course of the meeting, the process of the Karabakh conflict settlement was also touched.
