South Caucasus Railways doesn’t intend to change tariffs in 2009.
“We will not change our strategy, although the rise in prices for energy sources and CIS tariff policy prompt 8 % rate increase,” said Shevket Shaydullin, director general of the SCR.
He also informed of 22% discount for all passengers and 50% discount for students.
“We have also established a center of transport service and determined three segments of its activity, namely corporative clients, small and medium-sized businesses and private sector,” he said, adding that any client can lodge a complaint in case of improper service.
