DEFENSE MINISTER SERGE SARKISIAN HAS PESSIMISTIC ATTITUDE TOWARDS PERSPECTIVE OF NORMALIZATION OF ARMENIAN-TURKISH RELATIONS UNTIL YEAR END

Armenian Council of Security, defense minister Serge Sarkisian has a pessimistic attitude towards the perspective of normalization of the Armenia-Turkish relations until the year-end. «I have a pessimistic evaluation of the possibility of advancement as Turkey does not plan to change its approaches to the issue of the normalization of relations, making the Armenia-Turkish relations dependent on the Armenian-Azeri ones», Sarkisian stated in his interview with «Golos Armenii» newspaper.
