The Council of Europe Secretary General Walter Schwimmer will visit Baku after the issue regarding the political prisoners has been settled. The CE Secretary General has stated that in Yerevan answering the question regarding his visit only to Yerevan. According to Schwimmer, he visited Georgia last year and he refrains from visiting Azerbaijan because of unsatisfactory situation in that country regarding a number of issues including the one with political prisoners.
