ARMENIAN PROJECT RECEIVES AMERICAN AWARD

The presentation of the American agricultural award to the Armenian Marketing Assistance Project (USDA MAP) will take place in Washington July 8. As USDA MAP press secretary Sos Avetisian stated in his interview with “Arminfo” agency, the project is assigned the role of «the leader in the process of strengthening USA-Armenia relations and penetration of new markets for Armenian farmers». The award will be presented by the US Agricultural Department Secretary Ann Veneman. The US agricultural department has extended its congratulations to over 37 universities cooperating in the Project realization.
