Each country should have alternatives to secure foreign and local trade, Iranian Minister of Roads and Transportation Hamid Behbahani said in Yerevan upon conclusion of draft memorandum of understanding on construction of Iran-Armenia railway.
Asked whether Kars-Resht-Astara project can hamper Iran-Armenia line construction, the Minister said there are a number of projects under discussion which are never eyed as competitive.
