The Armenian president has signed the decree on opening of the Armenian embassy in Switzerland with residence in Geneva. According to the decree, Armenian representative to the UNO in Geneva and other international organizations Zohrab Mnatsakanian is appointed Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the RA to the Switzerland.
