Nine more families of people killed or missing in the 44-day war unleashed by Azerbaijan against Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) received certificates to buy apartments.
Mikael Virabyan, the head of the operational staff of the Government of the Republic of Armenia, handed the certificates on Tuesday, September 6.
The number of people who have received such certificates has now reached 41, of which 6 are in the process of implementation, 2 have been completed.
