PACE ARMENIAN DELEGATION HEAD MET WITH NEWLY APPOINTED REPORTER ON NAGORNO-KARABAKH

The head of the Armenian delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe Hovannes Hovannisian has met with newly appointed reporter on Nagorno-Karabakh Terry Davis. In the course of the meeting, the Nagorno-Karabakh issue and the situation in the region were discussed. The agreement on holding of the meeting of the parties, that will preliminary take place in September, at which the reporter’s work schedule will be specified. Hovannisian expressed his opinion for the expedience of Terry Davis’s presence at the presidential elections in Nagorno-Karabakh taking places August 11.
