The USA state structures plan to continue to render the necessary aid to Nagorno-Karabakh. Nagorno-Karabakh foreign minister has stated that commenting the results of her recent business visit to the USA. According to her, the rendering of the aid to Nagorno-Karabakh has not only humanitarian but also political importance. The minister reported from, 4-million aid stepwise provision is planned by the international organizations realizing humanitarian programs in Nagorno-Karabakh for September- this year-end. This is to give Azerbaijan to understand that it will not only have the support of the USA but will be also strictly condemned. “Azerbaijan cannot cherish the hope that the recommencement of military actions would meet the interests of any country any more”, the NKR foreign minister noted. The minister reported the Karabakh party had introduced the corresponding facts to the Congress in order that the issue on the abolition of the Freedom Support Act 907 Section to be reconsidered this year-end.
