The meeting of the businessmen of Armenia, Turkey, Georgia and Azerbaijan is taking place in Istanbul. According to reports of the Turkish news agencies, in the course of the close meeting, the situation in the South Caucasus as well as perspectives of the regional cooperation were discussed. As Turkish deputy chair of the Armenian-Turkish commission for economic cooperation Noyan Soiyak has stated in his interview with «Anadolu» agency, a constructive dialog, in the course of which particularly the issue of Caucasus-Europe transport communications was discussed, took place between representatives of Armenia and Azerbaijan. Soiyak noted the parties reached certain consensus on this issue. He emphasized no political issues were discussed at the meeting.
