On April 29, the artist Karen Agamyan opened his personal exhibition in the Armenian Painters’ Union. The paintings created in the course of 20 years (1998-2007) often represent the favorite themes of the artist: morning, centaur, merging of bodies etc.
“His paintings have a special role in Armenian artistic world. Karen Agamyan enjoys wide popularity in foreign countries as well. This exhibition allows us to follow the path of the artist, revealing his dreams,” art critic Levon Choukazyan said, describing the works of the painter.
